Breakout prayer was beautiful tonight!

Tonight's prayer session was..........special; an anointing of peace saturated us. Glory to God! It's hard to put into words what we experienced, but God moved in an awesome way.

Last Night's Prayer Meeting

Last night's prayer meeting was awesome. People showed up ready and willing to pray. The prayers of the righteous make tremendous power available (James 5:16 ampl). We broke into the spirit realm and prayed out the will of God for Summit Church. Father God heard and answered our prayers.  I am expecting great things as a result of our calling upon His Name in corporate prayer. Thank you for all who came out.

Prayer training for small groups

On Wednesday, September 27, 2006, I was the guest instructor for Pastor Bryan Hudson’s Firm Foundation Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana. I taught on the subject of "The Vital Dynamic of Prayer" as part of the Institute’s small group training.

Our Freedom

Carla and I went to a movie tonight called, "breach." It was based upon a true story. It reminded me of all the people working behind the scenes to protect our country. I encourage you to include in your prayer time, prayer for President Bush, our government officials and our troops, including those in the intelligence agencies who devote their lives to keeping this great country free. While we go about our daily lives enjoying the freedom that patriots have fought and some died to give us, let us remember in our prayers those who are still diligently at work to maintain that freedom for us. Needless to say, I recommend the movie.
