I'm just checking on you to see how your legs are feeling. I do hope you can feel like you actually worked them, but I trust that you are still in walking mode.
If you want to point the finger at anyone it would be Tomi, because she was discussing in class before most of you got there that she wanted to work on getting those hips down. She mentioned that she has a fitting to go to on Thursday. So that was just extra motivation to me to dial in on the lower body.

Ummmmm....thank you I think! I am still sore from Tuesdays workout, then you added Thursdays workout on top of that...it feels like my hips should be fantastic and trim, but they aren't...they just hurt! But still, I'm glad I could give you the extra motivation to hurt me just a little more than usual. Yikes!
