Alright everyone, trust you enjoyed your Memorial Day, honoring family and friends who have and are serving our country. Hope your gathering and visits were filled with fun, like mine.
So now that some of you may have had your share of ribs and other goodies, (talking to myself also) let's move forward and put our focus on getting back or getting on track.
Be conscious of your abs this week. Try holding in your abs, while you sit, walk or just standing. Practice training your abs to stay in. Sounds insignificant, but the more you do it, you will begin seeing a difference.
